Sharon is a dynamic business professional with more than 25 years of Management & Operations experience covering the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing. She has demonstrated expertise in creating and managing profit centres, starting from humble business projects to multimillion dollar entities.

Sharon previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Alcoa World Alumina (Jamalco) where she successfully delivered financial projects, cost savings and best practices for the Manufacturing company across several of their locations including in the Caribbean, Brazil, Australia and USA. From Alcoa, she went on to Vistaprint as Director where she developed Human Capital processes and directed global teams for growth and success in their Call Centres in Jamaica, Germany, North Africa and India.

She is a graduate of Harvard Business school, Nova SouthEastern University and University of the West Indies earning multiple Business degrees plus certification in Call Center Excellence from College of Call Center. She was featured in Nearshore Americas magazine and is a Past Director, Treasurer & Chairman of the HR & Training Committee of the Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica.

Sharon has founded and successfully operates three (3) companies, with the first one starting 21 years ago. Her companies provide services covering:

1. Information Technology - Support & Sales
2. Property Development & Management - Construction, Lease Rental & Sales
3. Business Management Consultancy & Business Process Outsourcing

Her business operations - Shadrok Group of Companies - has clients in the USA, Caribbean and Europe and spans diverse sectors. Her company’s mission is to "Build stronger Businesses". Recent projects include blue chip clients such as the World Bank, Jamaica Stock Exchange, Google and Medicare Accounts.

Sharon is a member of the Jamaican Lay Magistrate Association where she serves as Justice of the Peace. She also serves as a mentor to young women in business and is a member of several entrepreneurial groups.
