Omar Sultan-Khan brings to the Trinidad and Tobago IFC an outstanding track record of over a decade of local, regional and international experience in the financial services sector. His career with domestic and multinational agencies has spanned varied portfolios, having involved relationship management, capital markets, credit risk analysis, business development, public-private partnerships and negotiations, as well as corporate and sovereign debt facilities management.
He is leading the Company in its development of Trinidad and Tobago as an attractive location for Foreign Direct Investment in the financial services sector, both in the areas of Finance & Accounting Business Process Outsourcing (F&A BPO) and Financial Markets. He drives the Company’s strategic vision and ensures it continues to deliver on its mandate of making Trinidad and Tobago one of the premier locations in the Caribbean and Latin America for financial services.
Along with an MBA from Cornell University, he holds an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a BBA from the University of Toronto.
