Dalgleish has been at the forefront of contact center business development in the Caribbean and Latin American for over a decade. He is a proven business professional skilled in leading service excellence and customer experience efforts for large retail and telecommunication companies around the world. Dalgleish has achieved success throughout his career in the BPO space producing substantial improvements in customer satisfaction, performance and cost reduction initiatives.
Dalgleish’s experience in leading client service excellence and organizational leadership in the contact industry started 13 years ago in El Salvador and then expanded into the Caribbean. Dalgleish became the Site Director of the largest private employer in Guyana, creating over 1000 jobs in that country.
This success led to him subsequently accepting the role of Director and Country Manager of one of the fastest growing Contact Centers in Jamaica, where he was directly responsible for creating over 2000 jobs in the areas of sales, customer care and technical support.
Dalgleish currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Diversity at Emerge BP which is headquartered in Guyana. He is responsible for the company’s local and global operations, overseeing the development of new clients and sustainable growth.
